I've seen this car parked up close and driving to/from work. Very clean looking ride!

I am not sure what i'll be getting yet, the list looks like:

- BMW 3-Series

Not sure, I know that I will need good gas mileage (600+ miles per week) but reliable. Some other thoughts were a MS Protege, Focus, and Grand Am if I swallow the pride for awhile until I decide to buy a "Fun" car/bike.

I can understand where the problem would You're pretty skinny so you have a lot of room there. If he were a stockier built guy, I can see it being an issue. I'm right on that edge...just because the footwell is kind of narrow. All depends on the comfort level too. Either way, good luck with the sale, it's a CWP, shouldn't be an issue to lose it.

I'm pretty sure it is a GT. I seem to remember him telling me he had Alcantara.

It's a GT, it has the leather/suede seats, 6 disc changer, bose speakers, auto wipers, auto HID lights, steering wheel audio controls, NO NAV.

I know, I see the "YOULOST" car every other day. He works right by my house. Was 20 feet away from it last weekend while out for a walk. If it's that car (pics taken before the new plates?) then it's a SEXY car!

The pics were before my plate got transferred. DMV took over 60 days to get the plate transferred. It was right when they transitioned to the NEW look to the plates having them printed rather than embossed. My plate is "YOULOST" :)

yeah. It took 2-3 months to get my custom plates as well. They are dlp tech as well.

Pete, mine wasn't much different than what I paid for my 6 about $325 for 6 months. Over 25 plus married helps a lot. Plus I don't think the Speed3 is categorized like say an Evo as far as insurance companies go. Plus gas just went down to $2.72/gallon, so that's $2.86/gallon for premium by me. Do it!

Yeah... it was actually cheaper for me to insure the speed3 than it was my 06 3i. I bumped up the liability coverage a little bit, so it's a tiny bit more now, but having all the extra safety stuff of the speed3 (ABS, TCS, DSC, LSD, 6 airbags, Alarm on the GT) all makes it reasonable to insure.

Um, yeah.....good news and bad news. Good news is, Jess and I just got confirmation that Baby #2 is on it's way (bun in the oven), however bad news for Pete wanting a new car a year after getting my regular 3. I'll take a bigger family over turbo any day though...as blasphemous as it seems when I say it...lol Ok, no more thread jacking. Good luck with the sale YOULOST.
