Guy is selling his STI rims for $400. I'm thinking it would be bad ass on the msp. They are 17 x 8" rims, 53 offset, 5x114 bolt pattern, forged BBS rims.
I would have to drill out the hub a little and maybe roll the fender, but it is fairly reasonable. I'd have nice forged rims. what do you think?

I think I would have to pass on those, just out of the principle that your car would only be a red badge shy of being an STi-clone. Same reason I had to avoid going with a bronze or gold wheel, even though it looks dope on a blue car... But if that stigma doesn't bother you, then hey, go for it. If the wheels are in good shape, it's a solid price.
FWIW, I have 17x7.5 +43 wheels with a 225-45 tire, and it rubbed like a mofo without rolling. Still rubs over bumps and corners if the back end is weighed down. 17x8 +53 would probably be slightly better on the fender rubbing, but I would say you're cutting it pretty close on the inside, with the struts.

Also depends on what tire he runs. Personally, I'd avoid them for the reason Jay mention, you just need some red and it's and STi clone. Though they are sick wheels and the price is totally right.
