I have read numerous times these cars spin worse off the line than the stock SRT-4's. Maybe going to 225's and some Michelin Pilot Sports could help tame wheelspin further?

I've got 225 Nitto NeoGen's, wheel spin is still easy to accomplish if I want. The wider and softer the tire you run the harder you will be able to launch the car. I think with the right wheel 235' or 245s might be possible.

Well now what about the boost limiting we were talking about yesterday. That must help a great deal with wheel spin, but not quite enough to completely prevent it huh?

It helps there is no question, but with DSC off its pretty easy to light em up on a hard launch still, I didn't drive on the stockers for more than 30-40 miles, so I can't say how much different they are than the tires I'm running now.

I was thinkin of buying some cheap stealies that can fit 245s on them for some drag radials...

I know you can fit 15'' Bogarts with wheel studs and get full on slick on it if you want. As far as wheelspin, the tires on the SRT-4 are much stickier than the Potenzas we get, not to mention an SRT-4 has WAY less torque. Torque= wheelspin.

Yeah the stock SRT-4 runs the BFGoodrich g-Force T/A KDW 2 as stock rubber. They are actually really nice tires, so that helps. As for hooking up on street tires, the Nitto NT01R is supposed to be pretty nasty at that job. But, dont expect to get a whole lot of life from them.
