Apparently it's the driver's ticket, not the car's so this should be an interesting turnout.

I didn't say that's what I'm going to do but the law states that's what should happen. Obviously I'm not a dick like that, but I'm going to talk to some officers I know and see what to do.

just gott tinted today actually- went legal tho- i get pulled over enough for other stupid reasons- i hate being a guy, dont get away with anything

JT, the shitty part about your case (or not shitty for you...) is that some insurance companies consider illegal equipment (such as tint violations) to be moving violations, and they factor it into your rates.

I can get them done for you - professionally tinted using black paint and clear for $70.

Tint film is for windows, not lights :P

+1 JT. Tint film curling up off a taillight is total fail. Paint 'em for sure.

no curling issues yet with mine, and that's what Tien used when he did my reverse lenses last year...

It's also not window tint, it's a different material, a vinyl blend if I recall right as I asked about that on Saturday.

Ahh...didn't know that. I gotta imagine though a small nick on a corner when you're washing or scrubbing, or simply over time, would yield the film to curl. I guess I'll do my way, and you can do yours :D
