I'm tyrying to figure out a ipod, controller for my Mazda 6, I've been checking this one out and it seems like it would work good, any have thoughts on this

i've used both the DICE and Audiolink/Xcarlink units and this one looks to have the same capabilities as the other ones.

Yeah i've saw the Audiolink one which looks pretty nice, this one seems like the price is pretty good, but who knows how well it's going to work. I think i'm going try it out, since i'm missing my ipod

Likely works just the same, but Audiolink is trusted and can usually be had for cheaper used.

thats what i like about alpine- it has a built in ipod driver

I actually went out and got it, got my ipod mounted in the center console....So far the product is amazing but you don't get track listing with this one, but oh well it charges it.

you won't get track listing on the display unless you go a/m with the metrakit.
