LOLCATS CAPTION ME: Illustrated Girls Edition
What are we doing?
Submitting creative illustrated girl(s) pics with YOUR OWN lolcats caption.
How long do we have?
Accepting submissions 11/1 - 11/15.
Is there a limit to how many I can submit?
I was originally going to say "no" but I have decided to limit to NO MORE THAN 3 PICS PER PERSON in order to avoid submission overload and encourage more creativity and thought into each post made.
Why should I participate?
The main idea is to have some fun. But to encourage participation, the two best submissions will be awarded a prize. And yes, the same person can win both 1st and 2nd if their pics are creative and deserving enough.
1st Place - $15 gift card to choice of either thinkgeek.com or amazon.com
2nd Place - $10 gift card to choice of either thinkgeek.com or amazon.com
I know, I know, the prizes aren't that impressive...but I am funding this one out of my own pocket!!! Prizes will be e-mailed to the winars.
How will you determine the winars?
Each time a submission is made, other members of the forum (you can't vote for your own work) will vote on them by scoring it on a scale of 1-10. To keep this process simple, the two submissions with the best scores win. Because the final vote will be based on an average, those of you who plan to vote, please vote for EACH SUBMISSION so that the average number is fair. Please remember that you are voting for overall creativity and how genius everything ties together, it's not just about the picture itself or the caption itself.
In the event of a tie, Sudden Death will occur (details of this process is Top-Secret). When placing a vote, please indicate which submission you are voting for!!! Otherwise I will assume that your vote was for the last posted submission. So if someone posts a submission a mere miliseconds before you post your vote and you don't indicate who you are voting for, well...too bad for you and the person you were TRYING to vote for and hoorah for the person who gets a freebie vote.

Miscellaneous Rules
1. Please be original. DO NOT post a captioned pic that you find on the Internet that is not your own work. If you are found out, it will result in automatic disqualification. :(
2. Because this is a public forum, no nudity, sexuality, tentacles, etc. You must keep the submissions SFW. There are plenty of ways to achieve creativity without resorting to these measures. Sorry to take the fun away from some of you. :p
3. There is a chance that this thread could get pretty lengthy, so please refrain from posting comments (unless you do so along with your vote). As always, be civil. No meanies allowed! If you don't like the submission, a bad vote in itself is plenty sufficient.
