I thought I had it as well at my old work. Filed the claim and did a appt for some wrist exersices with a sports medicince doc. Some pretty slick shit that I actually keep doing and everything feels fine now. It could just be inflamed and you need to take more breaks.

I had very similar symptoms to what was defined as Carpal, and it was all coming from my shoulder. See a chiro maybe?
