so i went to fogo de chao today for lunch, and i thought maybe we could have a lunch meet there, lunch cost $25 bucks per person but it is complelty worth it, if you like meat, i like to call it a fancy buffet because you are served a limitless amout of fine meats, fillet mignon wraped with bacon, lamb chops, parmesan pork... they have over 15 different meats, its a awesome place, i was just throwing this out there in case yall thought it was a good idea.

I have been there for dinner. Amazing restaurant, especially for carnivores like myself. Only $25.00 for lunch? Do they have less meats or something?

Are we talking about a weekend lunch, or during the week? A lot of us are M-F folks, but certainly not all...

Depending on the day I could probably shoot downtown and take a long lunch, haven't been there yet but I've heard good things.

for dinner it is $50 now i wouldnt pay that, but i would certainly pay for the $25 they offer for lunch, it is a much better deal than going out to fridays or chillis and ordering a steak for 18 bucks, trust me james if you love meat(and we all know you do) you will love this place

I'd be down but M-F lunch aint gonna happen for me. Also, I don't see how it's that much money... you pay $15 at friday's for a craptacular steak, or $20 at outback for an okay one. $25 for all the meat you can cram in your stomach sounds dandy to me. Even the dinner isn't bad, considering....

It's really hard for simple words to justify the price. Just have some faith here, the meats they have are all top of the line, as if you were to go to Mannys or Ruth Criss, they would give you one or two steak medallions, tops. Here, they bring out a metal stick with eight of them on there, and while you can only have one at a time, as long as your table tag shows green they keep bringing you MOAR!

This is not crapplebee's or TGIF quality meat, which you'd still pay $18 for a steak. This is quality meat and they just keep bringing it out until you can't even move your hand anymore. $25 is definitely not too much to pay for it.

I would go on a friday.

I guess I look at value for lunch differently. There are a lot of places where you can get an excellent meal for $15-$20 and in some cases less here in the Twin Cities metro. To jump to $25 plus drinks or possibly other extras, you have something to prove your value to me... I'm not saying they won't or can't, but it's not going to get a free pass.

Keep in mind, I'm not really a "hunk of meat on a plate person". I prefer an entree that is more varied and mixed. I can't remember the last time I ordered a steak in a restaurant.
