I saw that a few days ago, and was about to tear-ass over to home depot until I realized it was only good on a single tool... no kits or combos. Still not bad I guess if you've already got a couple of them with battery packs.

That would be good, if my stuff wasn't already Porter Cable. Might be worth looking into for a cordless impact though.

My Dad got a set of Ryobi tools a couple of years ago and he's already had to replace the batteries twice. I would not recommend them to anyone, but they are a good option if you want an inexpensive tool that will get light use. If you're going to do anything that will require you to use the tool for a couple of hours at a time or more, then I'd spend the extra to get a better quality tool/brand.

I'd love to pick up a cordless impact, and i've had good luck with my other wood working tools from Ryobi.
