You can purchase CA PC TuneUP for $1.04 then add H&R Block software for free, note this requires you to cancel the auto-renewal of the CA PC Tuneup software a day or two after you order, small amount of work for cheap Tax Software, it also gives you the option to upgrade after you install/update the software to H&R Premium for $15 which is goo if you have your own business, deal with rental income, etc.
Not sure how long this will be going on for, includes state software but is an additional fee to E-File state, only federal E-File is inlcluded for free.
