Co-ed! Yes, we have chicks too! Great fun, great workout, great people. You don't need ANY equipment. Just show up and they have everything available for you to borrow if you need it. Amatures are very welcome! You don't have to be a star athlete.

I go Thurs and Saturday. Usually they only do ONE on Saturdays, depending on interest and weather. I'm going to TRY to get out to the Tuesday one this week. Haven't been to that one yet, so I want to check it out.

If you are down for Tuesday, I'll go for sure, carpool if needed/wanted. Its a great workout.

OK, Thurs is good. There is a shower there, so you can bring a change of clothes for after if you want. Its up to you. PM me your number and I'll call you that night.
