The name is pretty self-explanatory... if you know of good job-search resources, or if you have questions about them, post up here.

I'm wondering if anyone has a good resource for searching business profiles, and/or directories of local businesses that would help me narrow in on companies that would be worth putting out employment feelers to.

and surprisingly www.google.com pulls some interesting results sometimes.

I came across an interesting resource: www.chubbybrain.com

It's a database of startup and privately-funded companies. I'm still looking for a more general resource, but this could be useful for finding companies that aren't on the map yet.
