Hey guys, I'm in the process of pricing out a rebuild, and I'd like to know what your prices are on the following items--all for 2003 mazdaspeed protege. I'm not necessarily looking to go all-out here, and I'm mostly going off what I know to be popular choices for this motor, so if you have a suggested alternative at a better price I'd be open to that.
-K1 forged connecting rods
-Wiseco forged pistons (9.0:1)
-ARP main studs
-ARP head studs
-Clevite main bearings , rod bearings, thrust washers
-Cometic head gasket
-AEM UEGO wideband
Also can you give me an idea what I'd be looking at for:
-A .020" overbore on the block
-Inspect/mill the head for flatness
Also also if you can get them I'd be interested in a full engine gasket/seal set, oil squirters, and an oil pump... if not, I can get ahold of those pretty easily.
