ms3 k&n air filter replacement

just ordered up a k&n replacement air filter for my ms3. i finally heard that they came out and are doing some decent gains. im gonna test it at lse dyno day since they pushed back their prototype work and i dont have the extra money for the ms cai. so will see if the k&n is worth it.

havent even got the filter yet. should have it in a hour or so. and yes ill get the recharge kit and everything

inital response, WOW! mabye its me but just changing the air filter really beefed up the top half of the rpm range where i thought my car needed improvement. the car pull way harder in 1st, 2nd and 3rd in that 5000 rpm range and up. point being, WAY WORTH $50 BUCKS FOR SPEED3 OWNERS! If your likd me and cant afford cai.

K&N make solid products, that is why we are a dealer for them :).

We are thinking of making a "bpu" package. Maybe a drop in K&N, downpipe, and tune...

BPU = Basic Performance Upgrades

Basically when you say a car is BPU, it means the car has just your basic bolt-on parts. Nothing that needed fabrication or custom work. Just parts right out of the box. (IE - Intake, Headers, Exhaust)

Yeah, I agree... something everyday. On a side note, you hear BPU used a lot with Supras. I dont know why, but maybe thats who thought up the term?
