New Mazda6 Teaser!

I think the car looks gorgeous and makes me want to know what the Speed team has in store for the new models.

The speed version of the 6 is gone after the 2007 models.

Supposedly that pic is of the base model 6 (at least that's what was said over on the mazda6club forums), so the higher end versions of the car should look even better!

I guess I'm not a huge fan of the honeycomb looking grill, but it's hard to pass judgement this early in the game.

Time to trade up! Aren't these supposed to be 300+ HP also?

I've seen so many teasers/test mules/etc. that I'm not sure what it'll look like anymore.

As far as 300hp, I've heard that mentioned but it's probably wishful thinking. Unless they do a Mazdaspeed version which is entirely possible down the line. What I've heard is it'll probably have Mazda's version of the Duratec 3.5L V6 which will probably put out 265-275hp. That'll put it in-line with the Altima, etc.

Who know's though. I do like the styling and so long as they keep them with tight steering, sport tuned suspension, and hopefully a little more power I'll continue to be a fan.
