1st is a free car! You'll also get a few other goodies, but the main one is the free car! The car is a 2nd tier car, so I wouldn't spend any money (unlike me) on the beginner car that you get. Just keep racing until you get to E-2 or whatever rank you need to use the free car.

It's easy, you just go there and follow the directions. You'll have to sign up for an account at MMOsite.com to get it, but it's worth it. The 2nd tier car you get is way better than the starter cars as long as you know how to drive.
The 2nd promo is a referral promo. If I refer you and you reach rank E-3 before the end of the month, I get 500 AP and you get 200 AP. AP is Aeria points and you normally have to pay money to get them ($1 for 100 AP). Although you don't need to buy AP to be competitive free ones are always nice. And due to licensing issue, they only way to get "real cars" (Cars with real names/manufacturers) you need AP. The free cars have fake names.
