We have updated to the newest version of the forum. Please let us know if you see any issues. And, yes, we know the shoutbox is gone. We'll see about getting it back if they make a newer version.
Well, according to the service manager, they have replaced the diff ring gear, along with a few other assorted shafts and pieces. The noise is gone--they weren't able to exactly nail down what the problem is, but one of the new parts they installed seems to have done the job.
