St. PAUL, Minn. —The Minnesota Department of Transportation reports that portions of Interstate 94, Interstate 394 and Highway 100 in Minneapolis are currently closed due to a fuel tanker rollover. Closures are as follows:

• Eastbound I-94 is closed at Hennepin/Lyndale Avenues. All traffic diverted to westbound I-394 or Hennepin/Lyndale Avenues.
• Westbound I-94 traffic is closed at I-35W. All traffic must go southbound on I-35W.
• Eastbound I-394 is closed between Highway 100 and downtown Minneapolis.
• Westbound I-394 is closed between downtown Minneapolis and Dunwoody Boulevard.
• Northbound Highway 100 to eastbound I-394 is closed.
• Southbound Highway 100 to eastbound I-394 is closed.

Closures are expected to be in place until mid afternoon.

UPDATE: Tanker rollover closures begin to open

St. PAUL, Minn. — The Minnesota Department of Transportation reports that portions of Interstate 94, Interstate 394 and Highway 100 in Minneapolis previously closed due to a fuel tanker rollover are opening. New information is as follows:

• Eastbound I-394 to downtown Minneapolis and to eastbound I-94 is now open.
• Access from north and southbound Highway 100 to eastbound I-394 is now open.
• I-94 is now open in both directions through the Lowry Hill tunnel.

Access from eastbound I-394 to westbound I-94, northbound Lyndale Avenue to westbound I-394 and I-94 and westbound I-94 to westbound I-394 will remain closed until further notice.
