I don't know if there's any official break-in other than the normal "vary your speed often for the first 500 miles" or whatever Mazda recommends, but I'd stay off a lot of boost for the first 1500 miles, then get an oil change, then start gradually working it up to MAXIMUM POWAR. Engines have a lot of wearing-in to do when they're new, and I don't think pounding on them will help them much.On a side note: Isnt there a break-in period on those things? I cant imagine taking the car to redline right off the lot is any good for it.
