ANNOUNCING A CONTEST! A REAL ONE! ONE WITH PRIZES! Ok, i'll admit, this is NOT an original contest. 5/10/2008 It's been a while since we have posted an update, but that doesn't mean things haven't been busy. We have had an absolute blast with some of your recent meets. Getting to meet lots of new faces with the screen names and just kicking off the summer in a great way. Rock Band has been a big hit with the group and we recently unlocked the 58 song set list. That will be a MN Mazda Meet in itself. To see the official MN Mazda Song we came across while 'rocking out' scroll all the way to the bottom of the site, and hit play. :-) We are also in the midst of planning one hell of a good time for our cruise. We rented out a 21 person capacity cabin up in the Itasca State Park. The caravan kicks off ealy that Sat morning, and ends sunday afternoon when we trek back to the cities. It's mothers days today, so we will end this with a little shout out to all those moms out there getting cards, flowers, and phone calls! HAPPY MOTHERS DAY!

3/29/2008 A little more to tell over the recent few days. First, the Blog is setting us apart. if you haven't had time to read the blog entries by now you are missing out. Second, I'd like everyone to head over to the sponsor section and take time to read the addition at the bottom of that page. It's a can't miss read! Third and lastly for this update, we've decided to pull the plug on our Photopost Gallery. Due to the costs associated with the additon, and it's limited use, it's just not a smart use of club funds. We are going another direction in the months to come.

3/25/2008 A quick update to say that the planning of the MN Mazda Spring crusie, dyno day, and event the summer camping trip has begun. Head on over to the forum for info!

3/18/2008 A few more quick updates to the site we wanted to highlight for our members. First off, again we want to have it in the open that we support all of our sponsors. We have a few ways of doing this, and one of those happens to be a individual sponsor page. We have now given our members the opportunity to give all of our sponsors ratings with the one click of the mouse. Head on over to the sponsor page to see for yourself! We also wanted to say that the MN Mazda.com Blog has been a hit. Simple addition here is that anyone can now leave a comment directly on the site as they wish. Yeah, we know some of you are going to love this chance to voice your opinion! Enjoy!

3/10/2008 Well we added yet another feature to the site tonight. The MN Mazda.com Blog is up and online. As stated on that page we will have a wide range of items to post our thoughts on. We have some dedicated bloggers on the site to pass their thoughts on, and you might even see a blip and blurb from other club members here and there. Hell, I might even toss up a few as well. What's the point? There really isn't one, except for giving all of us the ability to be ourselves, and express ourselves. To be free, open, and honest, let's do this!

2/29/2008 I’m going to start adding a date stamp on these entries to allow people to see how we’ve grown. The below has all happened recently as well, but from here out this will be our method. Couple new things have come up. LSE Performance has closed their doors. Josh, John, and Ryan have been very open and welcoming to all the members of this site and we wish them the very best in the future. We are in the talks with another potential sponsor for the site; one we hope will continue to help us along on our growth path. We are also working on a MN Mazda Blog that will be up and available shortly. Stay tuned for more!

- We recently held our first MN Mazda Friday night meet. What a great time! Allan & Jana hosted at their home in Crystal, and we had a full house. It was a pot luck style meet, so with good company cam good food. The group broke out the Rock Band video game on the xBox 360 and tore it up. The night flew by, we got to check out some new members rides, and overall just relax and have a great time. You can check out more details about the event in the forums.

- We have added some new features to the forum as well. When new members show and see what we have to offer, we find they stick around. So as new features become available, we add them to the site. We now have a 10 game casino in place, and we are now working on a file sharng database for members to share various documents. This would include everything from the simple How tos, to the complex PDFs on various car components. Anything to educate the owners.

- We are always working on new ways to gain new members and keep them involved in the site. Sometimes that means getting the sponsors more active in a smaller site like ours. Sometimes this means that we just need to be down to earth and inviting with our members. Pretty easy for the group we have!
