Alright. If april works better, we'll probably go with some time in mid april. I'm just trying to get an idea so I can start discussing it with stellar more in depth.

I'm also thinking we should do a small potluck style food bring in. One of the first things Justin asked was if we are bringing food. It's going to be a long day, and rather than people indevidually running to mickey d's, it might easier for everyone to just bring one thing in. It would also be nice to have some grub for the employees who are going to work on their day off all day to align our rides, since we are getting a massive deal. Just something like hot dogs/ brats, chips, drinks, etc. Or maybe even just an ass load of pizzas. Something fast and easy that isn't too expensive in bulk. Any thoughts?

Spek1098, what are your two cars? A 3 and what else?

Im thinking early april, and stick the cruise towards the beginning of May. If I have time, the ms3 will be there too. I may or may not be ordering some stuffs.

if someone has a portable BBQ, I got a costco membership. Burgers and brats are a cakewalk.

or....... get Uncle Frankys on board for that same event and have them cater it or at least provide some kind of discount on a group order. They have great dogs and burgers and are just a short stones throw away from Stellar/Map.

Mid April works much better for me. I still need to get tires so setting a date will give me motivation. April 14th? The weekend before is Easter so people might be out of town.

Catering=$$$. I don't have that kind of budget for catering a 10 car meet. We're low tech like that.

No need for alignment yet, if the new suspension gets installed in time (which I doubt) then I would need it....but, tint is needed for sure sometime this summer, preferably on the weekend.

Right on man. I'm sure we will get a tint day together at the bag at dome point in the spring. I'd like to finally get the ms6 tinted as well.

Yeah when it comes closer to the actual date and an official install day thread is started, we can modify the list for anyone who needs to get it done earlier or later in the day. So the list can have a specific order. I updated the first post so we are full up until back outs. There is still the back up list.
