    Heat sheild?

I don't know much about the MS3 market, but if the couple of main players (StreetUnit, Cobb, etc) don't have one, it's probably not being made. A one-off piece probably wouldn't be terribly expensive to make as it would just be some cut, bent, and welded thin gauge steel. Otherwise, header...

    Air fuel gauge

Not even worth your time, to be perfectly honest. A good wideband is $200, FAR cheaper than what can happen if you're leaning out under boost.

    What is going on!

Could be several things, but without some basic data (AFRs, boost levels, etc) it's really hard to say. Please tell me you have a wideband and boost gauge before you started mucking around with a boost controller :)

    How cool is this??

Neat story, but the cynic in me wonders why all this time and money (full strip & repaint, custom interior, one-off parts from shelved molds) was donated to a pro football player, who could no doubt afford this with his spare change, rather than to people who are actually in need of having their...

    Hesitation and code P0171

Depending on how frequent/severe the issue is, it can take awhile for an intermittent problem to trigger a CEL. The easiest thing to check for would be a dirty MAFS. There is a spray cleaner specifically for MAF sensors (made by CRC). Grab a can, clean the thing off thoroughly, and see if...

Need help with a squeaky pulley....

Fort thing is you make sure the belts are tensioned correctly. Tension is set at both the PS pump and alternator. If you had the AC belt off, that's the main suspect.
