ohsixspeed sounded interested all along, I think there should be a spot for that user personally. See if they can squeeze an 11th spot for sure.
I just hope I count as MNmazda user :-D I want to be grateful, because this seems like a pretty good deal and from the sound of it the Tint Pros...
So I am about to call it quits. I tried ripping out all my trunk plastic to get at the shit. To that end I was successful. I moved the MS-8 ground from the battery terminal to a chassis ground, did not fix the problem.
I pulled the speaker wire inputs that lead from factory amp into MS-8...
So I called JBL for tech support, they were nice and helpful, tho hadnt heard of my problem before. They suggested the most likely culprit is also the negative battery terminal, so I will start there. Hope all goes well!
Different Ohm ratings... so that could be it. But the MS-8 is sending signal to them in different ways. One is through amped by MS-8 (speaker wire to factory sub) and the other is low level RCAs to a/m amp to power the a/m subs. The weird thing is before i even wired up the a/m amp/subs to the...
That would be far too logical wouldn't it? Unfortunately, the way Rockford designed this 'factory unit' the headunit itself only sends two low level outputs to the factory amp under drivers seat. So the factory amp parses this out into 8 channels, two front tweets, two front mids, 2 rear...
Thanks for the advice. I may try that, but I did a quick test tonight before going to meet. I pulled the RCAs off the aftermarket amp and plugged the factory sub back into its harness. Sound STOPPED. To me I would assume this means its NOT the ground, and somehow has something to do with the...
Okay, so I am not a professional installer, not even that accute at listening, but I like good bass.
I own an Evo X and was hoping the Rockford Fosgate system would meet my needs, but they did not. I decided to buy a discounted JBL MS-8 sound processor to process the sound post factory amp...
Picture of Cover (dont have one on the car):
The cover is a form fit. therefore its perfect for any mazda3 hatch, but nothing else.
Picture of the Gauge Pod (guages in it are for show, and one of what it looked like installed... flawlessly clean install):
And the sandwich plate...
Thank you for the question, it is actually JUST the sandwich plate by pro-sport allowing for sensors. I forgot I left the spin on kit still on the car. Can an admin edit the title to avoid bait and switch? My mistake.
Hoping to get $20 for the plate, $100 for the guage pod, and $150 for...
SOLD! Thanks for the interest!
As the title suggests, I have a cover that is grey and reads Mazdaspeed (it is a mazda accessory) that form-fits the speed 3 and has a spot for mirrors and the antenna.
EDIT: Also have ProSport Oil Filter Adaptor Plate to be used with a spin on conversion kit...
TWO black MS3 parking outside of 605 Hwy 169 N (near 55). Happened to visit those facilities all week, thought I would ask if either owner on here. Looked entirely stock, though one had a baby seat mod.
Also, Yellow Mazdaspeed protege near loring park on Wednesday, likely the same one...
