here's several ways to get in free, and bypass the line at the door.

1. Be on the VIP list. To be on the list, ask me for an invite ON FACEBOOK.

2. Be a guest of someone on the VIP list. Just say you are a guest of someone on the list (me, Eddy Tam) and they should let you in the VIP entrance.

3. Wait in line before 10. There is no cover from 9-10, so you could just wait in line (if there is one at the time)

Free drinks and Free cover for VIP members ends at 11:30, so get there early!

Hmm...tempting since I live about 3 blocks away from Valentinos. But it is 18+ which is no good.

Hmmm this sounds like a good time. Let me double check but I think I'll be in for this.

Valentinos' standard dress code, from what I understand this is all that's required that night:
Collar Shirts for Men, No hats, No oversized clothing, No tennis shoes. No sweat suits, No T-shirts

If anyone from the north is interested in going perhaps we can carpool from somewhere?

Really? Collared shirts required? No tennis shoes? That sounds like my personal hell. What the hell is this place? The republican convention.

Seriously, from what I've heard its a really nice place. But I won't go anywhere near an entertainment/leisure establishment that won't allow me to wear tennis shoes. I'm a PAYING customer, I should be able to wear comfortable clothing...rant over.

I bet we can fab up 6 or 7 popped collars to velco onto your t-shirt. Just rip that shit off once you get inside.

Never been to valentino's.... what's the vibe? Sounds kind of douchey with the dress code. It is a dance club?

I hate to knock the place, I hear its is HUGE and really REALLY impressive looking. I just seriosly hate dress codes, no tennis shoes is a killer. I'm not alone, there are people who give up millions of dollars so they don't have to wear a suit.

That's the business model they want to follow and establish a look, feel, and vibe. I think it's a great way to set themselves apart from other clubs. For those that want to wear t-shirts and tennis shoes there are plenty of places for that already.

This place wants to be a little different. It's more like the night scene in other countries around the world where people do dress up more than we do.
