I like the idea of a "meat"-palooza. Pork for one, Chicken, beef, we could even do a fish/seafood one, or mebbe a wierd meat one (gator, etc)........ and these could turn into semi regular events. Now I either A- have to convince someone else to host this, or B- clean my damned apartment. I bet it will likely be B- since Dan still wants to see the Clifford couch.

I like the idea of successive meats used in the Paloozas... I would dare someone to come up with one of meat substitutes (tofu, seitan, legume proteins...) but I know nobody would do it.

Pretty much all day, I get home by 6-7 usually, but not really reliably.

Also, a "no-meatpalooza" could be tried... but lets keep the tofu out of the meat ones.

Agreed, it would be a palooza of its own... and I think it would be very interesting to see what dishes people would come up with... as I see something like this as much of an opportunity to try new things and experiment as much as it is about... well... the theme food itself.
