At least they fixed the bumper paint chips and hail damage from last summer.



$14,000 of insurance money and one month later (they even put my snow tires on for free!). No holes in the bumper either!

Car pulled out blindly in front of my at about 30 mph. I was able to hit the brakes to slow down in time, but not soon enough. They had to replace a couple of structural components on my car, basically the parts that connect the bumper to the chassis, forward of the engine. Cobb intake was crushed, Radiator, condenser, both quarter panels, hood, bumper were all replaced. I was stuck with a Kia Soul for a whole month.

Well, at least it was fixed. I'm surprised they didn't total it with that much internal damage.

What shop did you use?...always looking for recommendations on great places to go.

I begged 2 different Insurance adjusters to total it, but they said it was the bank's call since I still owe on it. I took it to Heppner's in IGH, they did a solid job and the insurance company took care of everything else, towing, billing, getting the deductible from the other driver, etc.
