Engine/photoshoot day - Sat. Oct 15th

I made this a final planned deal so people can commit and i can kill two birds with one stone. The first deal is, I am going to pull the motor out of the miata at my house in Eagan (weather permitting). Help from a a few is very apreciated and probably needed. Anyone who wants to come around and help, my dad and I will probably start at about 9 or 10. We can do some pizza's or grillinz or whatever for a late lunch/early dinner on me as thanks for the help. I'm going to have to clear out some room in my garage to at least get the front of the miata in and a spot to place the motor. The place is a wreck right now. On another note, I don't have a engine puller. I don't know if anyone here has one, or knows where I can find it. Other wise it will end up being a multi person lift out, or i'll devise a pully system with ropes and the rafters.

Most people know of the photoshoot idea being tossed around. As of now, it sounds like the idea is to get as many mazda vehicles as we can together for a group photo to be used in a full color poster. It would be nice to get an idea of who is in for either one or both events. Also feel free to bring friends and/or kids and family.

I'll be working during most of the day, should be down for the photoshoot pending time/location/weather and will have my SLR as well.

No I think I'm calling off the pull. My old man is headed out of town and no one really commited to helping lol. Photo shoot is still on though if people are down.

Bump! Rescheduling this for next Saturday, which I think is the 29th. Engine is coming out no matter what during the morning/afternoon. Also there is some request for fender rolling and custom work things. Photoshoot in the dark in Minneapolis (see first post)

I'm probably out for the photoshoot but I'm fairly sure I can be there for the motor pull. If the weather is nice I'd bring the Miata for a fender roll if someone who knows what they are doing will help. lol
