Got a ticket

it was last nite i was cruising on university, made a left on rice st. two traffic light down i see a saturn pulled over by a cop. so i was just rolling by lookin at the driver. i saw the cop lookin at me while i rolled past her. i came to a red light like a block next thing i know red light started flashing behind me. so i pulled over and got my license and insurance ready. she comes over and i hand her my stuff and i asked what going on officer. she goes did ya know u dont have front license plate. i had my license in my car i tell her. i told her when i got my car there wasnt any license frame in the front. so i didnt put it on lol i was hoping she will let me off with a warning. she was talkin all nice then she goes to her car and after 20min she comes back with a ticket. she goes go to court and tell ur story there and the judge might dismiss ur case. i was soo pissed off. i hear that ticket is around $100 that messed up. i was soo pissed that i had to go release my anger somewhere so i did the next best thing i went to LAMPLIGHTER haha i wasnt mad anymore :woohoo1:

do u guys think i should just pay or should i go to the court???

court is a pain in the ass and hennepin county (if thats what you were in) is scum. up to you. at least its not a speeding ticket.

There really aren't any grounds to contest it. You only real hope would be if the officer doesn't show up. But for $100 and the fact that it's NOT a moving violation, it's not worth your time. I'd say pay it and move on.

I got one of those a couple weeks ago... luckily the officer only ticketed my for the front plate and not the tint!

They are just doing their job. Yes, we hate some of the rules they enforce as they are pitty, but those who are on the streets are not the ones we should be casting out at.
