Group Long Weekend?

Jana and I are talking about heading out to Mt Rushmore this summer sometime for a long weekend. Probably taking a Friday and/or Monday off and driving out that way.

I was thinking before we starting booking a room, would anyone have any intrest in making this kind of a more in depth MN Mazda weekend getaway?

When are you thinking for this? The camping trip will be happening again as well, probably July.

Probably somehwere in the June, July, Aug range. lol. I know we'd be pretty open, but we want to go, and we'll go regardless during this time frame. We are also in the middle of planning a trip to AZ in the next couple weeks. I hear there is a big old cut in der erf that be mighty grand.

Jay, it's going to be called the MEat Spin tent.

It would be a nice getaway and we thought it would be fun as a group.

I would likely be passing on this one though, since I'm already going camping with the family over July 4th, and again with this here mazda crew sometime in July. But hey, you never know. If the timing is right and enough people are going, I might be persuaded that this could be worth my time as well :D

Pending the date, I could be interested in the trip. I probably won't have anything cool to drive then (we'll see), but it could be fun.

Depending on when, I'd likely be game as well. This is particularly attractive, since I don't do camping... or otherwise voluntarily spend overnight periods where a real bed, functional indoor plumbing, and bathing facilities are not available.

Yeah, Depending on when I might be game for this, I think they have some good mtn biking trails out that way that I'd like to check out also so this could work out well.
