Thank you!!! Finally someone I can agree with. While I love tile and all, it's not easy to maintain.

However, the place I house sit has heated tiling in the the master bathroom & sunroom, and it's pretty nice in the early morning hours....

Heated Slate in the Bathroom, laminate wood in the dining / kitchen would be my choice, and wow those centipedes are nasty, that would freak me out.
