Luther = thumbs up!

I have been there twice in the past month, first for the re flash for the emissions recall and fuel pump(which made my car feel slower, but oh well) and yesterday to get the cowl rattle fixed. I brought in the documented TSB's myself. I first worked with Mike and hes a decent guy, but the gentlemen I worked with yesterday was even better. He did not tell me his name but he actually thanked me for diagnosing my cars problems for him. Obviously reducing costs for them. I think I may need to go there again for my fuel pump solenoid as my car still hesitates at times, but Mike had told me after performing the re flash if my car continued to show symptoms to just bring it in for the solenoid!

Plus they seem to be ok with my current bov/intake setup - I got no problems or lectures from him. Waaaay better customer service than Walser. The first time I stopped at Luther I questioned their service but these past two times were great!

Yeah, I've had nothing but good when going to Luther for serive or TSBs. Last time I even got a list of all the open TSBs and their status on my car.

Great. They happen to be the closest dealer to me. I took mine in one time there to have a reflash done everything went smooth but of course all they had to do was plug in a computer.

I'm done with Walser for service...Morries has been way better to me. If Morries starts to suck, I may give Luther a try.

+1, morries is the closest to me, and the times ive been there i have had nothing but good things to say about them. but yeah i might give luther a try someday.
