I will let it slide this time since people are pretty new to playing and you edited right after the initial post, but NO MORE.

Sorry boss. I added the part about "me" but I could have just made a second post, I figured it was okay as I made the original at like 4:03am....

1. How could you KNOW someone is a townie unless you were a cop or scum?

2. It appears as if you don't know anyone is a townie because you listed everyone in the game as possible scum.

1. Because I am a townie numbnuts.

2. Look at the pairing, that is what I am trying to theorize. Nearly everyone is listed because I don't KNOW who is who except me. I am just trying to see how things are paired, but Picklz brings up a good point about scum voting for scum (which I would consider dangerous).

Tom, why have you been so quiet since I joined the game? You were quite vocal on Day 1, to the point of insisting that JT was a scum. Why haven't you been trying to hunt scum as actively anymore? I think I found all your posts since I joined, which I've quoted below. You haven't been asking any questions and you never really answered my question either. What made you think Nate was not scum back in day 1 when he had 4 votes on him?

Also, you said "I guess I'd like to see more of what he has to say about it." when refering to Nate. Why didn't you ask him anything? Why just sit back and observe? Don't you feel like you should be hunting for scum?

I've been quiet because my brain is IRL fried and I can't neccesarily come up with the questions I want to ask in a cohesive fashion. As far as asking Nate questions- I want to sit and observe how he acts towards other lines of questioning. I saw how he acted around my lynch pull for d1, and at the time, he seemed pretty towny. He didn't really want to lynch JT, and I was damn sure JT was scum. Now, this could be read one of two ways. Maybe he's town, didn't know JT was town, and just didn't follow the same line of reasoning I did. OR- maybe he's scum, knew that running us into a forced NL on day one was a great way to get the town all riled up, and decided to take out JT at night to further confuse the masses. Either is plausible.

Swanny- THATS the interesting one. He's d1 bandwagon voted, D2 bandwagon voted, and has generally been flying under the radar the entire time. Now that could be life getting in the way, or it could be a tactic.

Realistically, I need to read through this again. I bet there's at least one scum hiding in plain sight, that's never so much as had a negative comment directed at that.

Eddy, should you find yourself in the position where either Nate or Josh need one more vote to lynch, but are not tied (one has 2 votes, the other has 4).... would you swing the hammer in the interest of lynching vs not lynching?

I'm not going to let us go into another no-lynch night. Yes I would swing the hammer at either of those 2.

This doesn't surprise me but I feel my investigation on behalf of town has been good. I had a focal point of trying to find out wtf was going on with JT and Tom during day one and during day two I've just as consistant as telling why I feel someone may be voting or giving false direction.

Feel free to send a vote my way, but then town is 100% going to lose two peeps during night 2 - but swanny, I got a feeling by not voting for Nate with the others there is a good chance you are both scum (or it's you and Andy) and that's exactly what you want. A townie gone, or a no lynch to ensure only scum decides the fate of town.

I don't entirely disagree with this - AJ has had some rather babbling statements lol. But at the same time he's pointed some fingers at some possible Scum pairings that have made sense, and Assuming for a moment you are Town Josh, do AJ's posts really seem more scum than Nate's? I would ask if they seem more scum than yours but obviously you aren't voting for yourself lol. Town doesn't know who's who so we just have to vote for who seems MOST likely Scum...I'm open to hearing more specific arguments towards AJ.

This. But I would like to see us come to a consensus even earlier, like tonight around 24 hours before the deadline. With the level of activity of the guys in this game I'm not confident that setting the expectation for noon tomorrow will be enough time.

If we agree on who to lynch tonight, then by noon tomorrow hopefully we can get 5 people voting for said person.

I'm still feel very stong about holding down my vote to Josh being scum, which to no surprise has painted a target on me. And it makes perfect sense if you would do or say anything (as scum) to get a couple votes pointed in another direction.

Another reason why I have this feel'ing that one of the two scum members in Swanny - he's going back and spending a lot of time analyzine vote counts in order to find a story in the data. When in fact the votes themselves don't even tell the correct story, only end up being a byproduct of the day one discussion. Jay not voting is a prime example. It's like he's trying to hard. And in fact, that's the 180 degree of what Andy is doing, which is again why I think that could be one of the scum teams. They don't draw attention to each other, or vote for each other....

Of all the reasons to find Josh scummy, I think posting a vote tally would be the last on my list. I don't recall seeing him use that to try and push an agenda, but merely presented it as a set of facts--actual usefulness is debatable at this point, but sometimes you have to compile the data to know there's nothing there. I'm not sure I like the implication there.

Can I ask you this? As a person who hasn't voted much this whole game, what has caused this surge of votes from you?

I kind of see where AJ's was going .... the timing and fact that it was kind of half-baked, being there is a lot of heat on him, is kind of interesting. At the same time though I disagree that there isn't anything to be learned from looking at voting patterns. They don't tell the whole story alone though you need some context.

I also am intriqued by Jay's quick switch-vote - this is the first time I've ever been even slightly suspect of Jay's actions. We go from not enough info to cast a vote almost through 2 Days, then a quick switch to AJ. I could maybe see it a little more if AJ had voted that way based on Josh's data but AJ had his vote out there before that so...not really sure where you're going Jay.
