I'M OFFENDED!
My basic theory is/was- stick that vote there, see what happens. I figured i'd possibly draw a vote for myself, or another bandwagon vote for nate. Nate is mostly harmless, or so it seems. Direct reaction to that vote was theoretically going to give me more info. Not neccesarily from Nate, but perhaps another player. We still don't know a lot.
I had the same response as Andy did essentially. "Nothing much to contribute and I've been busy". Not sure how that wasn't an appropriate answer considering Andy's answer was acceptable and nearly similar in nature.
Don't really see the need to defend myself further as town members should be hunting scum, not playing defense.
Can we ask the individuals why they gained up on AJ so quickly? I thought it was apparent that he was just mucking around and got frustrated. I doubt a scum member would be lead to the gallows that easily and early in the game.

This makes no sense - You said, and I quote "I am fairly certain Dan is town, thus why I didn't need to explain myself to him, he just voted more for participation." - what does that have to do with anything? Yes we are hunting scum, and how do we do that? By questioning people and evaluating their responses. You basically said nope not answering (like AJ did). Yes we need to scum hunt but we also need to honestly and clearly answer questions, because votes are based on who is appearing to be scum.
I (as well as many others) thought AJ could be just screwing around but what were our other options really? Day 1 usually has limited information to go on and nobody (yourself included that I remember, I will go back and look) was really presenting good information towards anyone else. I probably would have eventually voted for AJ if needed so that A) We didn't end up w/ a non-lynch and B) He appeared at the time to be our best option, hindsight is always 20/20 of course.

Please post the interchange and quotes that you find interesting that are leading you to this conclusion, I am interested because I don't really have a strong read on anyone at this point - Ben still is on my radar from D1 a little bitl and Josh now is playing the I don't have to answer card on Day 2 which bothers me.

After Re-reading the thread this morning, I realized that Josh had been contributing more than I remembered. And Andy less. Ironically, I'm kind of inclined to agree with Josh's vote on Andy. Josh's reaction to my vote gave me a town vibe, buy Andy jumped all over it.
I'm also a bit curious about Nate's play today. He's been seemingly in hiding unless someone talks to him directly (like me at the start). Anyone who played the last game have any comments about how his play last game compares to this game?
I also realized that there was almost NO voting going on yesterday, and that makes me sad. Your vote is your only weapon here people, if you're not voting, that's like leaving your gun at home when you go to war. Vote for whoever you think is the most scummy (unless it would be a hammer vote, obviously).

I agree fully that Andy isn't contributing as much as Josh, which is concerning, however I'm NOT getting a very town Vibe from Josh, I don't see how refusing to respond and posting 'feelings' w/o details or quotes is very Town, I admittedly jumped on Josh as well because I got very scum vibe from his actions rather than town.. Gonna go back and re-read some of Josh's and Andy's posts now to see if I can get a better read.

I believe Nate is usually off from work on Fridays and tends not to post much because of that. I feel like he's being a little quieter and more calculated than last game, that could just be because of all the lynch attention he received in the previous game, or I suppose he could just be trying to stay off the radar and is actually Scum this time around. It had nothing to do with him calling me town. It had more to do with him not really caring about the vote. In my experience, scum are a lot more likely to freak out when someone votes for them; he didn't. That's about all there is to that.
As for Nate, that was a typo. I meant his play this GAME. I think if you read the rest of the explanation there (which you conveniently left off), I asked everyone else about his play from the previous game to this one. I even referenced the beginning of the game, which clearly didn't occur today.
