Does anyone have a video camera they could bring? It would be fun to have some vids of all the cars doing their pulls.

Yeah, I will have my digi cam and I can take quite a bit of video with my cell phone. Its low quality, but video in case others dont have a cam.

Sorry, have to back out. If I'm lucky my car will become engineless on Saturday, although I might stop by to check things out.

My place isn't far from MAP, just west on 394, right by Wendy's there. If any one wants to, your welcome to stop by afterwards and throw some wrenches around, or to just stand around and take snipes at my f-ups, I'm guessing I've earned a little wrath from a few of you.

From the looks of it, it should not be a very long day. We dont have too many people going on the rollers. I am thinking we will be out of there by like 3-4pm at the latest...

Can I come and hang out and watch if I've been MIA for nearly a year (too many reasons to list here for the MIA)? :-/

It'd be great to meet some folks AND to have some sympathetic ears to complain to about all the FUN I've been having with a bent rim, old + new tires, wheel offsets, bent plastic in my stupid wheelwells ($86 just to replace one piece of stuff that's thinner than tupperware!), and getting on the s**t list of a local Discount Tire.

Plus I can get some tips on where to go if I want to tweak anything on my slushbox automatic Mazda 3 GT....

Whaddaya think? Anyone? Bueller? Bueller? Bueller?

Bring it on, we'd love to have you. I'll be there myself w/ a box of tools and a pair of jackstands to assist with the fender rolling portion, though I don't believe the Mini will see the rollers this time out.

Where's the dyno place located? I haven't looked through all the pages of this post, and I'm sure it's in here somewhere...

Is anyone else with a Mazda 3 going to be there? I've got my old rims that I'd like to sell (got a new one to replace the bent one) and I can show it to anybody that's interested. They're 17x7 aftermarket rims and are only 15.5 lbs each, so they'd be great for anybody that's auto X-ing or going to the track with their Mazda 3.

Or would that be outta line to bring one of those with me?

Ya'll will get to see the new rims + tires too (yes girls can get excited about wheels and tires! :) ).

The new wheels are OZ's and are sweeeeet -- but they weigh a TON (28 lbs each - oy veh!).

I still have my stock 3 rims from my former 2004 3s 5-door and they're my winter wheels (Dunlop makes a great low-profile winter tire!).
