That's why I never leave my magic eightball at home....

Got my recall fix at Morrie's yesterday. All they did was replace the bolt through the mount. I was under the impression that it was a whole new mount. Doesn't seem like that worthy of a recall for a new bolt. Although, I haven't looked at the mount yet, maybe it is....

Yeah, ironically I just got it in the mail today lol.

I bet the people that had their motors fall out would disagree with you:D

I'm going in to Walser tomorrow to get mine fixed, they said an hour, so that means 2. If its beyond that I'll get mad because I have an appointment....

I went in and got mine fixed this morning. They replaced the bolt. I got there at 7:15 and was leaving at 7:45! I was pretty happy I still had some morning left! Speedy service. I don't know if its just in my head but it seems like there's less transmission slop.... Can't wait to hear what others are reporting.

I think there it is slightly less sloppy, but it is still spongy....
Where'd you get yours done at? Walser?
Took Morrie's almost 2 hours on mine.
Did they reset your ECU?

There's no reason it should feel any different, unless the bolt was already falling out of the mount. In fact, it probably shouldn't feel different.

A friend of mine had his car recall and they replaced the bolt. (By that time 8000 Kilometers had passed) After 300 Km that they replaced the bolt then the engine felt from the No4 bolt side... Thank God he was driving with 30 Km by that time...
What do you recommend to do? He wants his car to be replaced by a brand new...

Thank you for welcoming me in the site.

Sorry but my English are not that good. What does it mean the expression
"What's with the kilometers too"

My friend insist since the local mazda service due to their interference caused the shaft of the left wheel to be removed quite violently from the engine/speed box, because of the fact that they did not do a quite good job fixing the problem of the No4 engine bolt problem, he wants them to replace it and also compensate him for the shock he had while driving...

:pc:

Anyway, have a nice day.

I take it that you're not from around here since you were refering to KM instead of MPH (miles per hour), were are you from?

I doubt that Mazda will give your friend a new car.

So where are you located? You should make a post in the "intro" thread...
