Need photoshop artist help

I need someone who has the ability to scan a image from paper and make it a vector image for our paintball team, we could pay if reasonable. It's only a outline if that help.

Sounds like you need someone with Illustrator experience, not Photoshop. I can help, but would like to see the image first. Thanks!

but all colors will be gone and it will be just the outlines.

That will work but unfortunately I do not have access to a scanner.

Did someone draw it by hand? If you can get it scanned to a digital format (at least 300dpi), I can help you out.
