dont know if anyone has seen this but there are talks of a new track out by elko speedway. This is awesome now I dont have to drive an hour to drag race my car. check it out.

I like. A great time to get something like this done near the metro. Land costs are down and I'd imagine most cities would be chopping at the bit for a development of this size. The economic benifit arguement will carry alot of weight when fighting against all the NIMBYs out there.

BAH to Ovals and 1/4 mile strips, someone needs to build a flipping road course near the metro. Still nice to see any form of motorsports grow. I think they have a better chance here since they already have a track there and it would just be an expansion. There's been other planned raceways within an hour of the twin cities that have failed / gone nowhere over the years.

A road course would be sweet, but I can live with this for now.
