Also, FYI, My parents just sen another cow to heaven and she is bringing up a bunch on beef next week for us. So I'm gonna post up once we get it and then we will do a little summer BAG-B-Q for everyone. I'm thinking kid & pets welcome, keg, and for those who want to chill a it later, some poker.

I'll see what she says/has. I can also keep this in mind for the next one. It's more expensive buying beef this way though, versus a store, but it's about as fresh as you can get it and I know what goes in the cows over their life span, which is why my parents always do it this way.
