Here's what we need to do. Set a date WELL in advance with all the info posted, set a cutoff date, say 2 weeks before the event (or if they need money up front, whatever that timeline might be). You put up your money by that date and you're guaranteed a spot. If we don't have enough people paid up front by the cutoff, we call it off and refund money. No long polls on dates, no long discussions of times, etc... someone just needs to take the lead and get it done. We've tried this before, with gokarts and paintball. Getting a large enough group to commit to it in advance is pretty hard.
If you can make it happen, awesome. I'd probably be in.
Or until we get kicked out... I have a bad habit of totalling ghetto gokarts when my friends are involved.alright everyone here is the deal. I got an email back from prokart this morning and the price is probably looking a little high. If we decide to just show up and pay the general price 3 8-minute races is going to be 52 dollars a person. If we wanted to rent the place out for an hour on a saturday it would be about $83-$105 a person depending on what time we show. So tell me if im wrong but Im feeling that these prices are a bit high for the most of us. Another option would be going to ghetto-kart (raceway to fun) in newport. The price there is only $5 per race. So im feeling that we should probably just go to ghetto kart and pay on a race to race bases untill people get bored of it.
I would be down for this, but is everyone willing to fork out 60 dollars? We should go do the real kart racing in Cokato or wherever, bout the same price as pro-kart but way better.

10 people, 40 minutes of track time, trophies, etc for ~$60+ tax
