Can't say I've ever used that particular kind, but it looks like it would do the trick.

I usually just buy the cheap stuff (100% whey GNC brand) as I just suck down the shakes in a few gulps, but recently picked up some muscle milk for when I want a little carbs with my shakes. The muscle milks actually tastes good, so it might be worth the extra cash if you want something tasty.

As far as recipes, you can't go wrong with a half of frozen banana(I throw my bananas in the fridge when they start to go brown), scoop of kemp's frozen yogurt, scoop of whey, and a tablespoon of organic peanut butter.
Add a bit of water if you don't want to thick or milk if you want the extra calories.

I saw the other post about working out. I've been using the men's health personal trainer and been having really good success. pm me/post if you want more details.....

It seems that all these powders get really nasty after awhile no matter what brand. Everybody says that muclemilk is supposed to taste the best though.

BSN Syntha-6. Best protein shake I've ever tasted. It supposidly has different types of proteins in it that are absorbed by your body differently. Some are quick release proteins, medium release, and slow release. This way, you can drink your shake either right before, or right after a workout...or just whenever you want to. Check out supplementwarehouse.com. Just find the lowest price on the net, and they'll beat it by 5%. Its not much, but it helps.
