Feb '13 was two months ago. Also, with regards to the rollback glitch, I hate it less. It's allowed me to test things without fear of repercussion because the damn thing won't save my game anyhow!

Eh, whatever. I actually got a city to "mostly" work... I'm not as mad.

Did you get your arc finished? Did you see it affect any of the game mechanics? I got one built, powered up and watered, but have seen 0 effects in my cities from it. Not seeing any influx of of workers or shoppers, or students for that matter. Started a new region with 16 cities and 4 great works, going to build an airport for my first GW.

I did finally get that pig finished. It was really hard to tell that it did anything positive for me, as my city crashed and burned almost immediately after completing it. I started a new city and was able to crank out a great work solo in under a day, with no other contributions to it- went with the solar farm. From what i've read, the GW Arcology is a big apartment, so eventually it sends piles of workers and students to your city. If you need workers, that's the one to roll with. Seems that with all the traffic problems, if you build solo with no other cities connected to each other... it's the only real way to prevent traffic problems. Sort of a PITA.
