He just finished it 2 weekends ago, got it road tuned and drivable last week, and now dyno tuned early this week. I'm pretty sure he will end up out at rock falls with it a few times. I'm going to need to get out there some time this year too, I hope. He actually broke a strap on the dyno and f'd up his two front tires, so he's getting DR next week.
My gripe is that I'm to the point in my life where I'm sick of narrow-minded people building cars that do nothing but make X amount of power. There's more to cars than stepping on the gas. Leave the straight line highway dick wagging to the ricers and people who think they are good drivers.
I get your point it applies to alot of people out there that don't know where their car ends and their ego begins. I am also a believer in sterio types to generalize groups, cause there is always reasons for said stereo type. At the same time I give every individual the chance to show they don't fall into that stereo type just cause they are a certain race, wear certain clothes or drive and mod a certain car.
I don't think you can call someone narrow minded because of what car they have and how they mod it. Just because someone doesn't share your same goals when it comes to their car as you shouldn't be a reason to hate. I won't come on here talking about some little punk ass bitch with a Honda who thinks he's the shit cause he's got a little boost. It's how people behave with their cars that tell you what there about.
