Twins game: tiebreaker Tuesday 4pm

Anyone want to go to the game? I was going to take my kid, but he's grounded and the wife isn't really into sports. I'm a sports nut, so I definetly want to go experience this game at the Dome (even though I'm not a Twins fan). It's a once in a lifetime opportunity that I just can't miss. I'm probly going to buy a set of tickets today. I'm looking to spend about $40 a ticket for upper deck outfield seats.

So...anyone interested in going?

If you are, what are you willing to spend on tix, and where are you willing to sit?

$30 for upper deck tickets? That sucks. A group of my friends got together and someone got through as soon as they went on sale, $25 for the home run porch. If you are seriously trying to get tickets, good luck. Ticket brokers are going to be raping wallets since scalping is legal.

$30 bucks for upper deck tickets. Pretty much some of the best money ever spent. WHAT A GAME! Ranks among the best sporting events I've ever witnessed.

This weekend/week has been soo awesome for sports. I'm bummed I didn't go to the tiebreaker game I watched it on TV and that would have been an amazing game to be at, then the wild game was insane too, 4 unanswered goals for a win in OT FTW! I picked up tickets to Sundays (and if needed Mondays) playoff games, so I really hope it doesn't end up being a sweep.

How in the hell did you get tickets?

I tried for 3 hours with 2 computers online last night without success. . I've had people offer me 5x face value for tickets, for that price I'll just watch at home and upgrade my surround sound instead.

I have never been witness to such an amazing sporting event in my life. The Twins rocked the house, and there's a reason this state has the best fans in all of professional sports.

I hate you. I had 2 computers with 6 browsers total, got thru 2 times, (from the virtual hold), 1 time it never would get past the order screen "due to high server loads, blah blah" and the 2nd time at like 1am was it saying "sold out"

How many tickets did you buy? We should have organized this so if someone got thru just place an order, lol.

last night was definitely incredible, one of the best games i have EVER been to. We may have been in the upper deck but it was right along the third base line to we had a pretty good view of the field. After Gomez came home for the winning run i will never forget how the Dome EXPLODED in cheering & screaming. there was high-fives and hugs and awesomeness all around, and i was glad to be a part of it.

Yeah, the first time I got through it showed lower pavillion seats available but it wouldn't go to checkout, then when I got back to the selection screen all I could get was upper pavillion, but I'll take it. I got two tickets for each of the two games.

I had no idea others were interested or yeah we could have all been online/on the phone trying to get group tickets.
