Work is easy to take off in advance, but for them, school is a little different. But at the same point, I agree with AJ...if you know you've got school at that time and you don't want to/can't get out for the day, then just take yourself off now.

Weird, cause I'm in school again as well for my MBA and I can take time off. It's a day, planning ahead is all it takes. I've taken multi day long trip while in school with no problems. Don't want to be an ass, but we are talking MONTHS of advance notice here.

To be fair, this event gets months of advance notice, but your school's itinerary and course schedule is not available months in advance. There's no way to know if that monday is going to be some ZOMG important can't miss class, or just another lecture.

It's up to Hayden whether he wants to put up the non-refundable deposit or not. No need for lectures on personal responsibility.

Like jay and mike said. Work is a non issue. But if that Monday ends up being one of the first class dates, its really not a great idea to bail. Especially with molly and I both in school. But I am going to try and figure out when classes actually start.

very good possibility, lol. But I'll say this, if I back out, it won't be a big deal. Keep the deposit and use it to pick up community beer & ice! ;)

Also, is there a gun range anywhere around there. ;)
