this is what uber fail looks like

i switched lanes on 694w and the nest thing i see is something kinda big, by the time i try to move it was to late.
i heard that the state might cover this damage, or so said the guy who was sent to help me, anyone know if this is true, or anyone bored enough to help me search it?
the 2 left rims are cracked, and the front one is cracked and bent as you can see

Well, if nothing else file an insurance claim--it'll definitely be covered under comprehensive, but you'll probably be stuck with a deductible. Otherwise, I'd head over to MNDOT's website and snoop around for a number to call. It's probably easiest to just start calling around and let them point you in the right direction. Heck, your insurance might even step up to the plate for you if you ask them.

Then again, unless you can show that the debris in the road was left by a gov't vehicle or as a result of some kind of construction work, you may be SOL on that front. But definitely file an insurance claim.

Yeah, I'd call up mndot, they might be responsible. It's a good place to start.

You could probably call your insurance and ask them about it as well, they probably have a pretty good idea of liability for crap on the road. If the state is liable, the insurance company would likely go after them to recover their costs anyway.

Ouch, and sadly I know exactly what that feels like. I split two wheels on one of my DSMs. Suck Ivan! Ivan I don't know what your garage situ is like, but if you need a place to store the car till it's got all 4 on the floor again let me know.

thanks aj, na im good, c30 is in the garage while the rx7 is going to be on the drive way, so i have no prob with it
