Weekday Lunch/something?

I know at least a couple people here have this coming week off from work (12/27 - 31), so does anyone want to get together for a lunch meetup or something like that this week?

I'm off on the 31st, but if anything was halfway close to my work I'd probably take an extended lunch.

I'm open to most places... if people who are actually working can take a long lunch, I'm willing to work around their schedule/location too.

I was thinking someplace a little "classier," but that's not required. Now that I think about it, Buffalo Tap, all the way down here in Savage might be a good choice, since if people have off work the far drive isn't an issue... but let's see what everyone else says.
