Once we have our games nailed down solid then we can work on 1) How we are choosing teams and 2) How each game will work as well as the overall tournament.

Well let's get the games locked already. Are we solid with the 1 game from each genre vote? So one fighting, sports, FPS, racing, etc?

Seems fair, but I think for the first run we keep it simple with just a few games. Just my $0.02 though.
