Winter Meat: Video Game Tourney??

EXACTLY. I think the idea would be to name the games first, and then follow with the team selection. We could even have a draft lottery if 4 people wanted to set as captains. So say, Jay, Andy, Matt and AJ, set as captains. Everyone else throws names in, and you all draw straws to see what order you get to choose.... that could make things a LOT more interesting.

Yeah, I'm thinking maybe have a points system - 1st 2nd 3rd place team in each game gets X points, after all games are played the totals are added up. You would want a well balanced team so you could do alright in all games versus win 1 but loose horribly to all the others.

A co-worker's husband (who works for a video game devloper) has an annual office "video game olympics" retreat. Basically it's a long weekend of beer and video games in some big resort cabin, and they have random trophies at the end of the weekend (besides the obvious ones for winning games) for things like most beer drunk, most taco bell consumed.

I've found I get better at Guitar Hero the more beer I drink, so maybe I can win two trophys! lol
